Good Card for 1600x900?

I'm getting a build put together and I need GPU advice. I need a card that will perform well at 1600x900 and can handle 1080P, but isn't totally overkill for either. For an idea of what parts this GPU needs to run with, Click Me. It'll also need to be decently quiet (about Xbox 360 noise levels is fine, honestly) and stay under 100 degrees C in a 2nd story, southern facing room above a garage. Please keep the total build cost under $500.
