Probably around 1am during a school day.

Going to sleep that late on a school day isn't a good idea, usually got to wake up at 6.

I usually go to sleep between 10 and 11pm. I like to get up early. I do however live in a house of uni students who seem to think an early night is about 2am, so noisy

When ever i get around to it LOL, between Work, Family time, free time, and doing some of my work at home when not at work, I get very very little sleep, but honestly it really does not bother me, as I have been doing the same things for over 6 years now, my body and mind are use to it.

I would sleep more if there were more hours in a day.

I also fixed your spelling mistake.
