Witch build is better?

First off all, sorry for english.

Im trying to build a pc and i have 2 builds and i cant choose.

 
 
It's mostly ment to bee a gaming/ video rendering machine, but not fore 3D rendering.
In the future i will maybe add a nother one of those video cards and crossfire.

This is a bit more expencive.

i5 one is much more powerful.

770 is better than a 280, and a i5 is better then a 6300. so the other one

i5 and GTX 770 one is much more bad ass
