just go with a corsair cx unit 600 whatt, anything more is WAY overkill for that computer whats ur budget for a monitor?

TTL did a 780ti at 1 ghz and an oced i5 on an Rm 450. 550 is enough.

You can but it's best to keep max load at about 60% imo because of longevity and efficiency.
