[i7 4790k was not available so I've used 4770k]

Also I was wondering if it's okay to use H60/i cooler instead of H80i

Estimated Wattage -  448W

Please suggest a power supply from -  http://bit.ly/SLvGJF

If possible suggest a 1080p monitor too.

Thanks in advance. This is my first build, any other inputs are appreciated.

what's your budget in your currency for the PSU?

I would probably recommend the Seasonic S12G 550w for your computer: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12g-550-550-watts-psu/p/itmduvefhzc9pauk?pid=PSUDUVEFT48QHPTH&srno=b_19&ref=28e4664b-c786-4c54-a43c-254b9db57f95

550W is going to be a little close with 290 and overclocked i7.

You can but it's best to keep max load at about 60% imo because of longevity and efficiency.

Okay guys, I picked up a 550watt unit as you said, Corsair VS550 due to budget constraints. - http://bit.ly/1nK0plB

For the monitor I am going with Viewsonic VX2270S. - http://bit.ly/1kGwUfR
