I'd like to know if the pieces I picked are going to work well together. I will be using my computer to play online MMO'S and games like battlefield 4 and watchdogs. I also want to use autoCAD (civil engineering student). I'd like to get positive feedback on what I can do to improve the build. As you can see, my budget is around 2k. One last thing, I want to run 2 monitors but i will only be gaming on 1 (twitch streaming).

Do you really need Dominator Platinums? Not that they're bad or anything, but they're quite a bit more expensive than similar 16GB 1866Mhz RAM kits.. The performance of a similarly spec'd RAM kit will be identical, so unless you really like the aesthetics it may make more sense to get something more affordable.

Other than that, it looks pretty solid..

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

Everything you've picked works fine, save for the Blu-Ray drive (unless you really need it) and the Corsair Dominator RAM... as @TheRetiredSlave replied, there are many other 2x8GB DDR3 kits out there that might not spec exactly the same, but in real-world performance work just the same.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I might change the dominator ram for something else but compared to the entire build cost I find that 50 extra is worth it for the heat dissipation and beefy look. A lot of the other rams don't match the motherboard I picked as well. I need the blu ray drive to watch movies and install some games I have on cd; I know they aren't as popular anymore. I appreciate you guys taking the time to take a look at this. :)

Heat spreaders on RAM don't really do much unless you plan to OC them and I kind of don't know why anyone would OC RAM. In my opinion which is limited by my lack of OC'd RAM, the extra $50 isn't worth it for massive-looking RAM. Also, you could if you want try to find a less expensive SSD or one that has a larger capacity at that price range. Also, there's a better AIO water cooler called the NZXT Kraken X60 and there's the X61 version too.
