Limited Options in Catalyst with 290x

When I went to change some things in Catalyst Control Center today, all of the options except those relating to HydraVision were suddenly gone:

I am currently using Catalyst 14.6 beta on Windows 8.1 x64.

 

After looking around for about two hours, everyone else with this issue seemingly just uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, and if they were using beta drivers, they rolled back to release drivers, and the issue was gone.

 

Now, I have uninstalled Catalyst 14.6 completely, cleaned the registry of the files, installed 14.4 (still didn't work), and re-installed 14.6. Still, the issue remains.

 

Any ideas?

Are you perhaps on a laptop/desktop with switchable graphics?

Nope, the iGPU on the motherboard is disabled. Made sure of that.

Wow... I realized it was an issue I caused by messing with a setting in .NET Framework. Thats really not what I was expecting. Thank you for your help!
