Plug it in, figure out which way the airflow goes, screw it into the fan area on your case and plug it back in. there isn't much to it.

If you look on the fan body, normally there are some arrows indicating which way the air flows.

Basicly Find fans that are know for great air flow output, and quiet running, and put the same amount pulling air in as pushing out.

Nothing too hard really. Find or make a spot for them to mount and install in the desired flow direction. Plug into your main board or fan controller. Done.

MOBO: ASUS X79 Pro CPU: i7 3820 Ram: Corsair Vengence 32Gb 2133mhz (8x4) GPU: 2 x Sapphire R9 290 in X-fire PSU: Seasonic G series 750w Drives: 1 x 750 gig WD black, 3x WD Black 1TB, 1 x Segate Barrcuda 1 TB, 1 x Toshiba 2TB, Intel 520 240gig SSD Case: Enthoo Primo w/ Green and Blue LED lighting.

Noctua are very well known for their Long warranty and stupidly quiet running. Plus depending where you live, they are priced pretty well, $20-30 here in Australia.

Corsiar have good fans as well, little bit more nosier than the Noctua's, and the difference is really minor. You wont hear it over gaming or music / movies.

Other brands like Antec, Bequiet, Alphacool, BitFenix, GELID, etc. all have their merrits, and cost a bit less. Choice is yours really. I personally have not used these brands.

Get on Youtube and search the above brands for review. and once youve made your choice, pcpartpicker.com is your friend to find the best price, and location.

The noise of your system will depend on how fast they are running. So either use a good fan controller or the BIOS options / software that came with you motherboard.

Simple. You get what you pay for. Cheaper = More noise, more vibration, etc.

Pricing in Aust:

Bitfenix Spectre = $9 1000rpm fan.

GELID Silent = $6 1000 rpm fan

Artic Cooling = $9 1350 rpm fan

Nanoxia Deep silence = $9 1800rpm fan.

At best for your 8 fans $48, worst $72. Not including rubber mounts etc.

Also, unless you passively cooling your cpu and Gpu, you shouldn't really need to have 8 fans in your case.

It's, Cougar CF-V12HP, about 14 USD a pop though, probably not what OP wants to shell out on. Anyway, I swear there's a guy on LTT forums who suggests theses all the time.

That actually looks kinda nice to me. Didn't see them before when going through my local online store. Blue ones look nice. Any good?

I don't have any experience with them. The only experience I have with PCs are dinosaurs from the stone age... Blue and orange shouldn't have any effect on performance.

Well, I guess this is like HIS, XFX, PNY, Zotac, and tons of other under-the-radar options that do just as well or even better as the more popular Noctua, Sapphire, MSI, EVGA, Asus, and more.

Your case has really nice options on using aircooling. I'm not one to talk about which fans to get but heres my thoughts about config.

You can fit 3 fans to front. If your CPU is air cooled I suggest fitting them all. If you are using  one or more optical drives or 5.25'' bays, then use only two. You can add the one extra to lower sidepanel for GPU intake. For exhaust go for 2 fans or 3 if you have all front fans and the sidepanel fan (or bottom). Since all of them are going to be 120mm you want one more as intake than what you have on exhaust. And remember to check if all intakes have filters.
