Too expensive in my opinion, do you need all those features?

Asrock Z97 Extreme 6, Gigabyte GA-G1.SNIPER Z97, MSI Z97 Gaming 5, those are all good motherboards with plenty of features, I don't really see the need of going higher than that, unless you really need all those features.

Yeah I inow, it's expensive... Just wondering if it would be worth it...

Not really. Overpriced, comes with useless features, and the company is new to motherboards. I wouldn't buy even if I weren't biased against EVGA

FANBOY OF: PowerColor, be quiet!, Transcend, G.Skill, Phanteks

FORMERLY FANBOY OF: A-Data, Corsair, Nvidia

DEVELOPING FANBOY OF: AMD (GPUS), Intel (CPUs), ASRock

Either an Asus Sabertooth or Gryphon z97 (with armour kit) I love my gryphon and its super stable and you cannot see PCB from the case, its all covered by a textured black plastic armour.

Or a Gigabyte black edition motherboard would be good, because they are nice a black.

Other than graphics cards you cannot buy EVGA over where I live, so I cannot say anything about the motherboard or else I may spread false information, which we would both not want :)

Not sure if this is a good board, is it worth the price?

I'm getting an i7 4790k and the mobo should be mostly black.

Thank you all for the help!

Hey Chief, welcome to the forums. This is your 22nd post and you have made an error. You forgot to put the link to the motherboard. Only you know what you are talking about.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
