So is there tax and/or duty or no tax or duty on this product?

H4X3R

Product link: http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation/saved_calculations/view_details/188141173/

So duty + tax = about 103 euros more

There is a free-trade agreement between the EU and South Korea:

Does this mean that i have to pay no duty or no tax or i don't have to pay both (or do i still have to pay both)?

Free Trade means that they can trade with the EU Without scrutiny however import taxes and local taxes still apply.

I know this due to me recently importing RAM From the US (Mac Pro Memory is very expensive in the UK, US Its half the price including the import duty).

FTA's generally mean you don't have to pay duty on that item, or duty at a lower rate.

I believe you'll still have to pay tax on the item. That's a completely separate charge.

The first website you linked clearly states that you may have to have a certificate of origin in order to receive a lower duty rate.
