Android Tablet won't sleep.

My Brothers android tablet won't go to sleep from hitting the sleep/power button but when you hold it the Power options pop up still.

i5 4590 @ Stock, XFX R9 290!, HyperX Beast 4x8GB  @1600, 850 EVO 120gb, WD Caviar Blue 1TB, , Asrock H97m Pro 4 , Fractal Design Define R4, Windows 10

@MegaDave91 I've actually already tried this method as posted on trolls.com however this doesn't seem to be the solution.

Tried a restart?

@ShadowCaptain yeah and I even wiped the whole thing and it still won't go on standby yet using the same button but holding it for 3 seconds the Shutdown, Restart buttons are displayed

Not sure sorry, not an android user. Perhaps there is an app preventing it sleeping or maybe it is disabled in settings

 

Try turn on auto sleep so that it goes to sleep after a minute or 2 and see if that works
