This belongs in the New Builds and Planning section. I'm moving the thread.
Please post in the correct sub-forum in the future. Guides and Tutorials is for posting guides for others to see and not for asking for help.

if you budget is 300usd for everything including peripherals and os, I don't think it would be sufficient.

Not even if I buy a part at a time over a long peroid of time?

Not a good idea considering that you should want to test out parts asap in case they arrived defective and parts getting cheaper and better over time.

Just save your money and you will have a much better PC. Imo buying parts over a long period of time isn't really a good thing to do because chances are something new will come out and then the parts u bought already are outdated. I suggest save about $200 more dollars and u can get a decent rig @WoodenMarker also makes a good point about parts might being defective and then you can't return them

technology gets improved over time which means that you're better off just saving your money and buy everything at the same time instead of buying each part seperate when you get the money for it. save your money and try again when you have enough to actually buy everything.
