LTTstore.com's redesign has been officially rolled out.

This will take some getting used to. Firstly, why are pens, deskpads and water bottles under Home & Decor? What was wrong with "Gear"?

Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the new design. Maybe @Adam Pilolla will end up lurking.

I am not an LTT rep or employee, the form link is directly copied from new lttstore.com. At the top of the page, there is a banner announcing the new theme, and if you click on it you are taken to a message from Konrad, which includes the link to this form.

The comic sans threw me off too.

A good retail website requires only three items:

1. A main screen with an index for the types of produce being sold, description and details for items requiring them.

2. Color photographs of items requiring color. 

3. Order page, address, and phone number.

 

Everything else is irrelevant and bandwidth wasting eye candy.

Categories will probably be subject to continued iteration as time goes on, especially as the variety of our product offerings increases going into the longer term. We want the categories to be descriptive and to not feel overly-generalized or like nonsense words; we also avoided "Miscellaneous" and similar terms for the same reason. Feedback definitely welcome here! Please use the google form (which I can confirm is legitimate for anyone asking 😛).

I for one am personally excited about the new site because a good amount of the new written content was authored by me! This includes the product pages for some of our more-popular items (with others coming soon) as well as the About Us page. I'd be personally eager to hear feedback about that as well but also I'm just a little baby boy and you're legally required to be nice to me 🥺
