Hi all, this is probably a little strange, but I wanted to share a customer service experience I have had, and have continue to have over the course of the last 6 years. I've had a lot of experiences with various companies and their customer service, and I can say for a fact, the worst is Creality lol.

About two weeks ago, my keyboard, which is a Corsair K70 TKL, started losing the letter E functionality wise. I kept using it for a couple days and it got worse, so I made a ticket with Corsair to see if there was anything I could do, since the keyboard is several years old. They replied and asked me to test a couple things, and nothing helped. They then informed me they were extending my warranty 2 YEARS, and would be replacing my keyboard at no cost to me. I ended up paying shipping there, but that's way cheaper than the price of a new keyboard like this one. It may not be that special, but customer service is important to me.

At this point, I received the keyboard early this week, and then I realized I forgot to remove some keycaps (my wife did it for me but didn't know they weren't original, but thats ok) and contacted them through the same email thread. This morning, they've told me they're sending me a new set for free.

I don't know about any of you, but after getting the run around from Creality for 3 or more months for them to tell me my printer is trash and they can't help me with it, this was a breath of fresh air. This semester has been insanely hard for me in school and I think I'm going to fail Physics and Calculus 2, so this definitely helps me.

Man do I love Corsair's customer service.

That is fantastic! Love a company that goes the extra mile with customer service.

fail Physics and Calculus 2

Been there my friend. I think I failed calc 2 twice. The powered trig integration by parts has never not been a mystery to me. But here I am, a decade later, a Sr. software engineer. School sucks, but we gotta get that paper.
BTW, turned out that in addition to my ADHD I also have depression (seasonal plus chronic, whoo!) and anxiety. Partially due to my wildly messed up childhood. I strongly recommend trying therapy.

Do what you have to to survive and best of luck!
