Howdy! I got a brand new gigabyte oc rx 9060xt 16gb a few months ago. It's worked great until recently; Often when my pc has been running for an hour or so i start getting weird graphic glitches. When I enlarge or minimize apps, a buncha brightly colored pixels flash for a second before going away. Also, ive completely lost all feed to my monitor a few times recently (black screen). Is this a simple matter of reinstalling drivers, or is there something truly wrong with my gpu? Thanks!

Try all the basic troubleshooting stuff like driver updates and all that, then come back. We have to eliminate possible causes before we can find the answer

Sounds to me like VRam trouble.

I wonder if you get the VRam temperature (with HWiNFO64 ?).

If not I'd consider opening the gpu and checking the thermal pads.

Try a different cable, it kind of sounds like signal integrity and should be easy to test

I know there have been issues with the gigabyte "server grade" thermal paste, but my card is mounted horizontally and i rarely push it very hard.

You probably mean thermal putty

When you launch HWiNFO64 you can chose which part to launch, chose "sensors"

I am just going to say this, before you do any tinkering with thermal pads exhaust all possibilities and look into a potential RMA first.  I had similar issues with a really old sapphire Radeon HD 3870 back in the day and I just RMA'ed it rather than tinkering with any thermal paste stuff.
