Out of these two what laptop is better

The AMD system will probably get better battery life, the ROG has a nicer display. 4060 is probably weaker than the 5060 but you'd need to look at reviews.

I'd get the ryzen. It'll have better battery life and the performance of both CPUs is about equivalent. The TUF has a 5060 though so I'd defo go for that

Tuf, zephyrus is awful... Also Ryzen is probably better for gaming if you're interested in that

 

(I'm serious I bought a zephyrus for 2800 and a Strix for 1500, both with a RTX4070 , the Strix beats the zephyrus in any and all benchmarks while also looking like a laptop instead of an iPad! )

Built quality idk for sure, it's just a tiny bit slimmer and looks like an iPhone (lol)

 

That's bad for a gaming laptop, always check for big exhaust vents etc.
