I need a good recommendation on a multi-device mouse, one that can connect to at least three devices at once, maybe more. I'd rather look at mice under $100, but I don't want to cheap out on a really bad mouse.

No, I mean mouse that can switch between devices seamlessly, without the need for consistently plugging/unplugging dongles or cables, or unpairing/pairing Bluetooth. Literally a mouse that can connect to multiple devices at once.

I don't want a KVM. In fact, it would be hard to do a KVM in my setup, as I have Android devices and a laptop to connect to, as well.

so you want a mouse that connects to every device without a wired OR wireless connection. you be sure to let me know when you find that as i'd be fascinated to see it as well

Okay, apparently I'm not good at explaining what I'm looking for. Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-M720-Multi-Device-Programmable-Compatible/dp/B087Z6LSHW/ref=sr_1_3

I already have a keyboard that does this, hence one of the reasons I wanted it. I have four separate pointing devices on my desk, and it's difficult to switch between them easily, as sometimes I end up grabbing the wrong mouse.

You can pair up to 3 devices via Bluetooth with the MX Master 3S. And that's not including the Bolt USB receiver.

I use one to switch between my work and personal laptop depending on which one I'm using on my desk at that moment. Just press the button and it instantly connects to the next paired device.

Just buy that one then ?
At least the switch button is easily accessible, unlike most mice which places it at the bottom.

Saves time and hassle if you switch often.

And the connection indicator is a nice feature.

Though maybe needs some getting used too, since you might hit the switch button when you actually just want to hit backward button.

Can't help but think Logitech should've made the switch button flush to prevent/reduce accidental press.

The only thing I will say is that the scroll wheel will take some time getting used to. In Ratched mode, you cannot rapid scroll like you would on any other mouse. Outside of that, it's rather solid.

I keep it in the hybrid (Ratchet and rapid when you flick the wheel) and love it. Didnt take too long to get used to. 10/10 mouse. I use it almost daily at work.

So, a bunch of you recommend the MX Master 3S, which is ironically a mouse that is just at my budget. I was hoping, actually, for a cheaper mouse, as I don't feel comfortable spending $80 to $100 on just a mouse... but I mean, if you guys keep recommending it, I'll certainly look into it. Who knows, maybe it will go on sale for even less! ...I hope? 🤔

I was just using that Amazon listing as an example, but now looking better at it, it does seem pretty decent. $50 is more comfortable for me, anyway, and it does have that easy-to-access switch you mentioned.
