Not possible.

Cost of a 6 core alone is at least 600 USD

Board will be about $200

You haven't even got a Hard Drive and you're already out of budget

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 240EX - Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RBG 3200MHz - GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO

Ouch... what about this one

FX-9590

Asus M5A97

Corsair CX750

Corsair Vengance (2x4GB)

R9 280 3GB 384bit

WD Caviar blue 1TB

Is it good any suggestions for better parts ?

first off the FX9590 needs a 990FX chipset based mobos

and they are just overpriced and OC version of the FX8350

if you really want decent and balanced performance

the i5 core with gtx760 or if possible squeeze a gtx770

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
