Hi Friends,

I am thinking of upgrading my GPU but am confused with many.

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5

MSI AMD R7 260 1 GB GDDR5

MSI NVIDIA N650-2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5

Asus NVIDIA GTX650-E-1GD5 1 GB GDDR5

ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 2GB

XFX ATI Radeon R 7770 Core Edition 1 GB DDR5

There are so many and all get good reviews.

I am looking for something new GPU which supports Maxwell or Mantle

GTX 750 ti was one option which I could go for. But seriously very confused. Banging my head for very long time choosing good one.

I am not addicted to drugs But to GADGETS.

Support for Maxwell...?

Uhm...get the 750 ti...

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

The MSI,asus, zotac etc is the cooler brand. The actual computer part is the 7770, r7 260, 650. Also nvidia/amd are the companies who make the GPU. If thats what you where asking

Look for a 2GB R7 260, that's the way to go.

Maxwell will only be the GTX750/Ti

for Mantle the R7 260 which you mentioned or any AMD Rx 2xx series will support Mantle

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

From the list I'd Choose XFX 7770 core edition , it's a great company product & it can last longer if you're planning on for hanging on to it. 750 ti is another suggestion but the radeon one will suffice your needs better.

Details separate people.

The 260 is a 7770 rebrand.

For some perspective:

650 < 7770, 260 < 750 Ti

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

ZOTAC's 750Ti is going for 11,000

ZOTAC's 660 is going for 12,600

SAPPHIRE's 7770 is also great.

But none of these cards are value for money :(

Thank u so much but as u can see am touching 14k in that let me see if I can go for it or else choose one from the later ones. Moreover I have only Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU. So Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X doesn't fit there right?

550w is perfect for a 270X
