"What's the best graphics card?"

How long is a piece of string?

The answer depends on your requirements. Do they need a ton of VRAM? Is this for CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD? What resolution are they running? Is this for a workstation, or for final rendering of 3D animation?

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

i presume they are using it with a specific piece of software, that piece of software should have a list of supported cards, they may even have them sorted into performance categories.

The best card in the world at the moment is the RTX Pro 6000, which officially costs $8,565. It draws 600W of power, so may require a power supply upgrade if you're putting it in an existing system.

If you don't care about price to performance, it's just the best.

Unless you have professional software that requires certified hardware, then it might not be an option.
