Swapping watchdog code for other games

Not sure if this is the right place, or if I'm going against forum rules. Please delete if I am.

 

Got a watchdogs code with my nvidia graphics card purchase but amn't interested in playing it. If anybody wants it, i'll swap for some other game codes or money.

I got these with a humble bundle and I use the steam keys instead so now I have these lying around. They still work even if I used the steam ones right?

that is against the CoC, all items in the classifieds must be physical, so no game codes
