Your graphics card is on its way out. Return it to seller.

 

Easiest way to tell if it is your graphics card - Plug your monitor in to integrated graphics on your motherboard and see if it continues. Might be worth re flashing the graphics cards BIOS but as I say, might not be worth it if you can return it first. It could also be RAM that is the issue but I have my doubts if it was the GPU that was updated recently and this issue was not seen before.

RIP that GPU
that looks like mid term VRAM death. Absolutely get your money back because there is almost no chance that the seller didn't know. At a guess they're just unethically trying to pass the grenade before it goes off.
