Might have a bricked computer?

I just recently did a bios update, my pc rebooted immediately and i gave it 5 mins. No reboot, no sign of life. Just two LEDs, boot and vga error LED. I might have bricked my computer? I didnt touch my computer at all, it had access to a source of electricity. Have i bricked my computer?

Motherboard: N5 Z690
Bios update: 18.02
Usb drive info: FAT32 4gb
