Back in March my wife and I went to a pawn shop to sell some old jewelry and I discovered that Pawn shops can have some good deals. Case and point, we got an Alienware Aurora R16 with an I7-14700KF, 32 gigs of 5600MT RAM, 1TB of storage, and and RTX 4070 Super. Our deal was had for $750 US, but we sold the paired keyboard to an employee for $50, so realistically only $700! I'm curious to know if anyone knows what PSU it has. I'll continue with my own research, but so far, nothing.

The PC runs great, with only few inconveniences (when booting sometimes it goes to a blue screen "Windows didn't load correctly" or something like that), and only minor cosmetic damages (i.e. the case is bent a little in the back and the side panel is scratched a little.

According to the website it has either a 500 watt or a 1,000 watt power supply.

Possibly a 1000w.

I found this.  Owners manual.

Since the 14700KF can use quite a bit of power I am guessing this unit has the 1000w PSU option.

Likely the 1000W with a 14700KF and a 4070, it will have a sticker on the PSU itself with it's identification info, should also have the rating and wattage on there. If you haven't already I'd recommend a fresh install of Windows 11 using a USB installer. I wouldn't use the install the pawn shop put on there, they likely would have just used the Windows reset option or trusted the person who sold it to them to do that.
