Um, I don't really know any famous people. I'm generally out of touch with that kind of stuff because I couldn't care less.

Why is the God of Hyperdeath SO...DARN...CUTE!?

 

Also, if anyone has their mind corrupted by an anthropomorphic black latex bat, please let me know. I would like to join you.

I didn't say he was a celebrity. Famous, in my mind, does not equate celebrity, and I didn't know what he was known for, so I didn't specifically say. Perhaps "infamous" would have been a better word in this case?

There's no reason you shouldn't know. Why should we know of any "famous" person or "celebrity". Tony Abbott is more likely to impact on your life in a meaningful (albeit probably subtle) way than virtually any celebrity.

Aww, I have to do actual work to find this out? If I have to look it up on the internet and not even encounter it in my daily life, how much of an impact is this gonna make on me? If it were uber-important and immediately concerning, I would know about it by now.

But I don't get why I should care about this if it won't have much of an impact on my life. If it were important, I would know about it by now. My parents keep up with the news, so I know they at least would tell me if I should be worried about this.
