Memory for ASUS G750?

I am thinking of adding 16GB to my laptop as it is my mobile rendering machine and I was wondering whether this kit would work?  (I am not familiar with what works in the laptop world).

on the specs page it says it needs DDR3L 1.35v instead of 1.5v and in this video he says to not use this RAM 

are you 100% sure?

im pretty sure desktop and laptop ram do the same thing were they down volt to a working speed and voltage
