ya most aaa switch games dont go below  $55 some $90 games are about $65ish can take a few years tell it will drop.

some stuff some stuff not and they still make physical for now so you can buy em used, trade too so

My issue is mostly with stuff like mario kart

The mario kart deluxe 8 nitro wumbo jumbo supreme whatever tf they name it is literally an update smt like fortnite does every week and they sell it full price as a different product rather than an update (on top of the fact they want a subscription for it)

Or pokemon which as time goes on gets less and less creative (for example Sword and shield in everything but setting is just sun and moon with better graphics)

nintendo is by no means perfect nor is any one els...

 

sounds like the mario cart 8 has a dlc you you can pay for like $30 get like 48 more courses and some carts OR id you have nintendo subscription you get it for free (same gos for all game dlc as far as i no) so i dont see the problem here. its not likely they selling 1 cores for like $20 or something.

 

pokeymon is a odd ball. and there players are stupid and will buy any game they put out. 2 of the same game that might have afew differences.... ya no way to play older games is kinda bs... my guess is they will eventually put it on switch and then later on a emulator you sub too to maxamise there moeny. maybe even sell a mini console...

 

i just hope they will reuse the online thing for newer systems so you dont have to keep re buying games... there also no nds games ether.

 

the problem is subscriptions is its cheap to start off and then ingresses over time... and when dose it stop? paying $100 a game might even be cheaper then a sub long term any way and you can resell it and most likely price will go up.

ya if they put a way to buy the game in theory the old game should go down in price but off times it dose not... did the switch mario rpg drop the snes game price no. (yes i no there not really the same game) think of a better comparison

no aaa nintendo drops below $55. they might make a deal on a dlc cheaper but might be rare to see.

 

but nothing wrong is getting it used for $40...
