Best bass headset under $50?

JTMarch86

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I'm looking for a headset (Mic required) for my pc. I.will be using it for gaming, music, and movies.

Besides the Mic. The only other things I want is strong clean bass, and under $50. I know that price point is low but I'm unemployed and I need to spend as little as possible.

I'm considering Sades SA-708

And the Logitech G430. The ability to use 3.5s (so I can use a dac) or connect the usb adapter and get 7.1 for gaming is nice.

I hear the sound is good, but how is the bass?http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CQ35C1Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?qid=1401550285&sr=8-5π=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70

Any opinions? Suggestions?

Thanks

Razer Electras have a mic on them (need a splitter or whatever it's called though to let the input go through the audio jack), and are very basssy. I looked at them when I wanted budget headphones. They seem comfortable and affordable for around 50 of your local currency.

I love StarCraft

Headset? Ugh, thats a tough one.

For zalman mic + headset combo i would go with 681 EVO or htf600s if it is in budget.

I have heard that Razers audio products had really powerful bass. I'm really not much on the bright green, especially since my build is blue, but I'm willing to make the exception. Especially since I'll only be using them inside at home. And what did you mean about an adapter? Doesn't it come with one? I see one cable running to the set, but the pictures show two 3.5s at the end

For the amount of bass, just do some EQ-ing on your audio's driver application. Add the low frequencies. For quality of the bass, this can't be cheated, you need to shell out some dollars for this....

I ended up going with the Razer Tiamat 2.2 headset. It was $54 so just barely over max price. Razer audio products are supposedly have really strong bass and this set has two 40mm drivers dedicated only to bass, and two other 40mm drivers for the mids and highs. So hopefully it'll sound great. It's also got a Mic and two analogue 3.5 mm jacks so I'll be able to connect it to my pc or my dac just fine.

I get them on Wednesday, so I'll post my first impressions then.

I hope I choose a good set

And thanks again for the input guys
