Fan Knocking

ZombifiedPyro

Hey, my dad's computer started making a knocking sound, and it wasn't consistent with the HDD LED so I thought it was a fan. I turned it off and got the big chunks of dust out, but it still makes the sound. I can not tell if it is a fan, the CPU heatsink or the GPU. Anybody ever experience this before?

You could try and stop the fan manually with your hand, just touch the hub of the fan with your finger and should stop, Do that for the fans you said before and yeah you should be able to figure out, i do not advice doing that to the fans very often but once it shouldnt be a problem
