Looks like I have my first problem, the DDC pump has shit itself already, ran fine over night leak testing, just starting to hear a noise coming from the pump, check HW Monitor and yep, idling at the desktop at 60 degrees.

Took the 24 pin out, put the bridging plug in and the pump constantly stop/starts, making a slight vibration noise...fuck me...

Couldn't be air? daaaaam....

I turned this bastard thing every which way last night to make sure all the air was out, like I said, it ran fine overnight and this afternoon while I was using it, it just starting making a weird noise about an hour ago and that's when I checked the temps.

Cheers mate, I've already emailed Frozen cpu and am awaiting an answer. I don't suppose there's a frozen cpu rep on here anywhere?

So sorry to hear about that man! Hope Frozen CPU will be able to sort it out quickly

I just looked at frozens site, they're out of stock of the pump, friggin typical. Performance PC also has nil stock, fuck knows when this thing will be up and running again now..

Surely PCCG, TheKoolroom have a DDC or it's that you want to get it replaced under RMA?

I was just going to buy a replacement DDC so I didn't have to wait, anyone else I can try because neither pccg or the koolroom have one.

What DDC pump are you after? There are quite a few in stock at Frozen CPU

The Koolance PMP-400 should be all good, it's a DDC rebrand or the Swiftech MCP355 or 35X

Problem is I want the pwm controlled version and I also bought the EK Pump res combo from frozen, so they'll want the whole thing sent back I'm guessing. I can't tell if any of those have pwm control.

The Swiftech MCP35X definitely has PWM control, though that is also the more expensive one. Also I'm not sure if they'll want the whole thing back, just have to wait for their reply I guess

EDIT: //Sorry I didnt realize you wanted the PWM version, that's the only one I could find in Aus without appealing on OCAU or something similar.
