I can sleep on either side of the bed, however I will use the excess covers to make a sort of support for my arm in front of my chest, leaving it elevated. I have now idea why I do this...

I do this with a second pillow ^_^

Sides and sometimes if I'm feeling lucky I'll sleep on my stomach with my arm under my pillow supporting my head. But I sleep on the VERY edge of my pillow, sometimes I wake up and I wasn't even sleeping on a pillow, its somehow on the floor.

I sleep next to my wife in various positions all over the bed, with the little dog next to my head often on my shoulder and the big dog down the current "end" of the bed. XD

Well my sleeping habits are weird

I m usually on the computer till im about to fall asleep then i lie on my back and wait for morning.

This is the fun part as i dont normally wake up in my bed, i just wake up somewhere in my apartment on the floor, it has happened that i woke up on my balcony in the middle of winter when there was like -20 degrees celsium, but anyway i always have my blanket with me :D  From then i just keep my balcony doors locked up so i cant freeze in my sleep. :D  And last two nights i managed to wake up in my bed thanks to a high fence i installed on my bed, tho i was turned for 180 degrees B)

So you basically have to sleep in a cot or you have a chance of freezing to death? I'd choose the cot.
