Most likely a tray, where you'd lift that tab then slide either up or down.

We don't have enough information.

What case is that? Post 7-8 more pictures from different angles.

Does the other side panel move?

Does the HDD move in any direction? Might be on a tray that needs to be pulled out.

The Nacon PS4 Asymmetrical Controller is NOT a Bluetooth gamepad  as advertised - it uses a proprietary dongle. It works NEITHER with regular BT dongles NOR wired. Once your dongle dies, you have a paperweight, as the dongle costs more than an actually good controller buy 8BitDo or GameSir. Avoid Nacon products at all costs!

It's hard to tell without photos from the side or the other side of what it's mounted on, but this looks like a tray mount where you push the lever at the bottom and are intended to slide it down. But I can also see the side-mount which I can't tell how it's mounted, but chances are those are just Philips screws.

Based on just the shape, and seeing the M2.5 this means it has to be at least 2013 since that's a SSHD. When stuff is mounted this way, it's usually a SFF or something. Please post the model of the system so we can look up the service manual.

17:44 mark. apparently requires a bit of effort.

So it's basically slide towards the front/bottom of the case first then lift out from the connector-side of the drive. Then the screws are on the bottom of the drive. While this video appears to be an exact match for the system, it's not an exact match for the drive, so that does not guarantee the tray screws are in the same place, but it looks like the tray removal is the same.

A different angle. Push the entire drive towards the screw that you've removed. You should hear a click once that tray unlatches from the tabs underneath holding it in, that's when you can lift the entire thing out.
