Getting anywhere from five hundred to one thousand frames per second in A and AA titles. Graphics processing unit has gone up to one hundred percent utilisation but has not gone over sixty degrees celcius or four gigabytes of video memory used. I am using AMD adrenaline edition and my monitor is stuck at 60 hertz and turning on vsync or capping the frames per second does nothing. This would be fine if everything was not so choppy.

I've never seen anybody complain for getting better performance? What? What do you want then? Normal performance? Down clock your GPU then.

As I said, everything is choppy. I want around 144 fps on all my games. It is starting to look like a software problem.

If you can't set a framerate cap or vsync within the game itself, use MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner (bundled with Afterburner) to set a per-game or global framerate cap

If you have a crazy amount of FPS your cpu will start to bottleneck you GPU, so basicly lets put an old game as case, your CPU gives out all it has to the GPU on one core, if that core is at 100% and your fps at 500 you can get stuters etc even with crazy fps. On the radeon software limite your fps to your monitor rate. 60 75 etc, this will improve your experience .
