My understanding is one 5GHz is Wifi 6 and the second is Wifi 5

Here's a question. Does your phone support WIFi 6? Because you would need the device to support it other wise the device will default to WiFi 5 or lower depending on what WiFi chip the device has in it.

Looks like one radio support WiFi 6 but not the other or you have WiFi 6 turned off on one. I would note in the SSID which is the WiFi 6 one. This way you know when you connect to it, your connecting to the right WiFi network.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Before i get into this, its not recommended to be posting your WAN address out on the open web as you did in the first screenshot at the top (so maybe repost it but crop the top part). Its extremely unlikely somebody on this forum would do malicious things, but you never know. (It was quite quick to find you live in southern Nova Scotia)  ((Edit: this is just your ISPs WAN address so this doesnt tell anybody anything other than the city you live in. might not be something you want people to know though))

As you said, your phone the Samsung galaxy A22 only supports wifi 5. So you are correct in saying your phone doesnt understand the wifi 6 signaling (Wi-Fi 802.11 AX).
Theres nothing inherintly wrong with this.
Are you experiencing poor connection somewhere or are you merely interested in improving your connection simply because you can? (i did the same thing after the recent LTT video on it)

Issue Resoved.

You should type up what the issue was and how you fixed it. There will be a future person in your exact shoes, and they will be incredibly annoyed when they read “issue resolved” and nothing else.
