What audio format do you use?

I would like to use flac, but the size of my ipod doesn't permit that unfortunately.

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

On my tablet I use 320 kbps MP3's, on my computer I use flac, and for most listening if I can afford it I use vinyl.

MP3. Small file sizes and I notice no difference in quality between them and FLAC. And AD-700s are supposed to be good at picking out details with it's bass light sound signature. Although it very well could be I have bad hearing in terms of mental ability to decode noise. I pass hearing tests but I can never understand people in loud rooms.

MP3 because there is no difference between 128 and any other format when in a car or on a job site or in a class room (lots of background noise).   CD's when at home in the studio and for everything else I don't what ever it is so long as it's good enough for the mood I'm in.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

FLAC whenever possible because storage is not an issue at all, otherwise high quality mp3's are fine. I'm not at all convinced one can consistently hear a difference between lossless and quality lossy codecs; I know I can't.

i still listen to mostly CD/SACD but when i do DL i only DL FLAC or WAV.
