So I´m building my first pc and I want to know the difference between all the ram, you have cheap ram and expensive one´s. Aren´t they all the same ? For example what is the difference between this:

Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600 ( Vengeance ) 80 dollars and Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit Vengeance Red, XMP 120 dollars

Does it matter wich one I buy, I see alot of brands and prices, can someone please help me out with this, I´m gonna use it for gaming and rendering.

Honestly just get the cheaper one, you wont notice a large difference if any difference between the two so you should probably take and use the money you save towards a better cpu, gpu, ssd, ect.

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.

Brand doesn't really matter.

Where did you get this nfo from? or are you trying to say that dual channel RAM is faster than single channel RAM?

Dual channel allows for more bandwidth which should theoretically increase performance.

Main differencies with ram of same specs are brand and looks. Nothing else. Speed difference is really minimal if you see the benchmarks. And you won't notice if on normal use cases anyway.

There's no difference in performance for any ram of the same specs.
