I am currently looking for new in-ears, but I have lots of needs.

The needs are:

Around $100, Super comfortable, quality noise cancellation, very rugged. Decent sound quality.

If all of these can not be met in this price range I can up it.

Shure 215 and Yamaha 100SL are in your price range. They sound decent, certainly above average people's standard. The 215 is a little bulky, due to its design, but I think it's more robust than the Yamaha, which is suprisingly small.

The Shure SE215's double tips have great isolation but can be uncomfortable since they go deeper.

They...go...deeper...?? *gulp*

Would changing tips make them more comfortable but still have great isolation?

I saw a guy bought the 215 in a store (I happened to be there), and he unboxed it in the store. I think Shure give them extra tips, beside the standard rubber ones. I forgot if it's the foam kind (like comply), or the longer kind (like Westone's star tips)

Shure SE215's. Fucking awesome noise cancellation from the SE series. Also great mics  :)

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.
