Soo Is 750 watts enough for my build?

Cpu: i7 3770k

GPU:R9 290

RAM: 16GB 1600MHZ

HDD: 2 3TB ddrives and 1 120gb HDD

The psu il use is Aurum S 750 watt 80+ gold and 1 more thing

Im gonna be editing in element 3D so a lot of gpu usage for 2 to 5 hours will that be okay for the gigabyte R9 290

yes its enough.  You dont even need a 750watt power supply, but its good to have because you've got extra room

You can run that with a good 550W.

That'd be roughly 550-650w. I would go with a 700w PSU bare minimum.
