RGB controller recommendations

I need an RGB controller for only one fan. The specs I need are that it has a 3 pin connector and it's powered by a SATA power connector.

This is ideally what I would like but it's not available in Canada.

You can still buy from Amazon.com, doesn’t have to be .ca.

some times you cant i tried for like newegg,com...

ebay just depends on the seller if they will ship to canada back when i got my paintball stuff as there nothing in Canada...

the problem is the address a candida address wont show up in the box when you make an account...

My location is set to "Canada" no province or territory or city. They just don't ship to Canada
