I have been successfully using NovaBackup for over a decade and have it synched to Amazon Web Services which is really low cost for my needs.  I got an email yesterday saying they are rolling out a new version of the software and the price is tripling.  This includes their own cloud storage service which I do not need.  I have until the end of August to figure out whether to stay with them or find a new software solution.

I'm wondering what others are using and whether they use Amazon or the software provider's cloud storage.  I could look into Microsoft One Drive to see if that would work but I don't think it does local back up and restore, only cloud.

TIA for any help on this.

I use macrium reflect and several 8TB WD Blacks. I don't believe in "the cloud" and i believe my solution is more reliable and cheaper in the long run.
