The CPU power connector isn't plugged in. It's the 8 pin right above the IO shield.

This is always the first thing I check in pics. I've forgotten it so many times that these days it's the first power cable I plug in

Uhh... Drake? Where's the door hole CPU heatsink?

I've never done it personally (*knock on wood*) but I've had to diagnose quite a few systems, and this is usually the first thing I check. The worst though is when it's a modular cable and it's unplugged on the PSU side, that took me longer than I'd like to admit to diagnose the last time I had to do that.

Make sure to mark Rono's answer as solution (little check on the bottom left of the comment)

It is safe to run without a CPU cooler for ~30 seconds to see if the system starts and no more.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Did you plug in the 8-pin CPU power? Can't see in the video if it's in or not.

It's got standby power, are you 100% sure your front panel connections are right?

You also used an EPS cable and not a PCIe cable to plug into the 8 pin on the top left correct?

Seems like the correct cable.

Did you try RAM in different sockets?

If the cable you shoved into the 8-pin on the top of the motherboard is a 6+2 connector and not a 4+4 connector then it's stopping you from powering on to protect itself from frying.

Double check your Front I/O (e.g. power button, reset, etc) wiring.

I see a bunch front I/O wires just loose and all over the place. WTF.

Refer to the motherboard + case user manual on how/where to plug those into.

On some motherboards, a fan MUST be plugged into the CPU_FAN header(s), otherwise it will complain, thinking there is no CPU Cooler connected.

The POST Status Checker LEDs, it's glowing red.

Which one is CPU / DRAM / VGA / BOOT is lit up?

Gigabyte PSU information:

The CPU/EPS 8-pin (NOTE: 4+4) goes to the 8-pin connector at the top-left of the motherboard.

If you tried to force a PCI-E 6+2 pin into there and tried to power on the PC, you may have fried the motherboard and/or CPU.

PCI-E and EPS pin-outs are different.
