Windows 10/11 Ad remover

Windows 11 and Windows 10 are full of microsoft adware trying to sell you products and services you do not want, I have made a batch script that fixes many of the issues you might be facing, https://github.com/H90HSORH0J30JHDSRH/Device-Cleanup-Script the scripts are open-source and feel free to redistibute, some of the ads that I am talking about are featured below.

Probably goes without saying but don't download random scripts from the internet.

...unless you understand the syntax of a .BAT file, then at the very least read through all the code so you know exactly what will occur before executing them.

But agreed, for anyone that doesn't know what these files do, don't execute random code from the internet is good advice.
