What is your goal? Watercooling doesn't help performance much, so a GPU is needed if you want better performance.

Your PCPP link isn't public so your build can't be viewed.

What problem are you trying to solve here? What is your goal?

So do you already have a 4060, or is this a planned build?

The 4060 is fine, so I'd keep it unless there is a issue.

What do you mean by power?

Is your budget 1500?

You don't have a storage drive, make sure you have one for the system.

Otherwise looks fine.  I'd probably try to get a 4070 super if you want more performance. I'd probably drop the aio here as it isn't needed for this CPU.

Also you can get the amd cards like the 7800xt or 7900xt for more vram and performance, but a bit more drivers issues and no nvidia features.

What does this mean?

If you want more frames than your friend, for some odd reason, you need to buy at least a 4070 super.
