Blue Screen When i Changed my RAM speed any help to overclock??

finally i got BSoD after 10h ...
and same eror kernel security check failure

but the question is: *** Can i turn on my pc and using like 6 to 7 hour and then restarting my pc so i wont get bsod again!!

this trick dangerous for my pc or for my ram or motherboard?? or its ok??
i dont know how to fix it i tried any thingggggggggggggg

i tried test my ssd i tried test my ram
every thing good
i tried xmp enable and i tried reset default bios
i tried new windows
i tried update windows
but still every 10 hours kernel error comes up as bsod
??????????????!!!!!!!!!!

i tried ram and cpu fullload test with ayda46 for 30 min
every thing great
