microcenter  7700x bundle covers cpu mobo and rams

 

will be straight up faster in minecraft due to the better ipc and higher clocks

 

since its now am5 you can just drop in a new cpu without having to replace the mobo nor rams cause the platform isnt dead and worst case you get hynix m die capable of ~7600 on the ram kit

 

new 3060 is trash value same goes for the 4060, go buy a used 3080 for like ~350$, 6800xt should be close to that price aswell if you wanna go amd

 

id also reccomend a used case as new cases in the 50-60$ range suck (single fan or no argb for 3-4 fan cases), should be able to find some decent ones around 10-20$
