YouTube Alternative App?

Are there any good alternative apps for watching YouTube out there? I mainly trying to get my self off of the doom scroll of YT shorts and would like to find an app that doesn't shove them right under my nose every 5 seconds.

Sounds like your talking about staying away from shorts, I would just install an extension which i cant remember the name of, black list the page and it wont let you go back when you enable the “nuke option”. If you want uncensored youtube then you can try out dtube, liveleak, bitube etc.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
