GPU displays to screen but issues with resolution and drivers

So recently I bought a twinfrozr gpu that is gtx 670 but I'm running into problems with it, the driver dosen't seem to be right, it will start to tear and eventually for reinstalls the graphics driver but remains the same, I've tried going onto the gpu manufacturer and getting the drivers, but then the control dosent want to load

Welcome to the forums!
The 670 lost support in 2021. Honestly, most modern iGPUs are more powerful than it anyways. You might be able to get some pre2020 games running on it, but it's a mid grade 12 year old card

I was using it yesterday perfectly fine I went out to collect something came home and everything had shrunk, I can fit 4 icons in a colum on my desktop

But the nivdia control panel says that isn't available with the os
