Samsung Soundbar S801B

Good Morning All,
I have just set up my Samsung S801B Soundbar as a perfect companion to my Samsung Frame 2020 (65"). I seem to be having the same issue that EVERYONE has with this TV with inputs. (When inputs turn off the TV does not go to Art mode) but that is not what this is about.

I have connected the Mini HDMI cable to the one connect box for ARC (I know it does not support eARC) however when playing Dolby Atmos ocasionally the audio drops out. Almost as it the bitrate is to high and then it comes back a second later. Obviously not what you expect from a product like this. I am wondering if anyone has had this issue?
