Can't update riva statistics tuner cause it opens immediately after I close it

I can't update the riva statistics tuner software, cause it can't run the .exe install/update file when the software is open. 

 

But if I go into my task tray, right click it, and close it, it just opens back up immediately. 

 

Somebody who can help out, or who has also experienced the same issue?

Thanks, it worked, although the installer should've informed me of this. Gonna write to the developers and have them change this, so others won't have to waste their time getting this to work like me.
