Casio 2411 WQV-3

Hi all! 

I recently picked up an old Casio 2411 WQV-3 wrist camera watch at a car boot sale for cheap. However it didn't come with the IR receiver or the software disc. Will it work with a generic IR revceiver to get the pictures onto my pc? Thanks in advance for any help at all :)
