Rotating / Swing TV Wall Mounts

Recently I've been looking for motorized rotating / swing TV mount so I could use same TV for living room or dinning area / kitchen.

 

So far I've found following options:

https://vivo-us.com/collections/tv-wall-mantel-mounts/products/mount-e-wm075 - "cheap" option, looks a bit flimsy compared to others, and I do have a concern that those types of mounts would stuck out at one side of TV

https://www.ynvision.design/yn-mbtv - similar to last one, looks a bit sturdier, although funnily enough use exactly same remote

https://www.vogels.com/en/c/signature-series-full-motion-tv-wall-mounts?selectedSimpleProduct=8876750 - wildly expensive, but seems to be most feature reach and supports Home Assistant

 

Anyone had experience with either one of those, or even other products from these brands?

Maybe some options which I did not manage to find.

For our mount, the motorized section will be somewhat visible beside the TV, but the arm does have a telescoping design so it can be set to the best width to work with the TV and area.  It is made to be an affordable option, but if there are ever problems with them, we'll do our best to help with getting things working right.

I assume those swings also work with soundbar mounts?

Yes, VESA compatible soundbar mounts can be used with it.
